Location

The Peninsula Neighborhood is easy to find. It is located at the west end of Foster Road off Dubuque Street. Foster Road meets Dubuque Street approximately 3/4 of a mile south of Interstate 80's Dubuque Street Exit (Exit 244).

Those living in The Peninsula Neighborhood will be 10 minutes or less from Iowa City's wonderful downtown shops and restaurants, the shady campus of the University of Iowa with its highly rated medical center, and shopping at the Coralville Mall. City Park is a short bike ride away, the Elks Club golf course, pool and tennis courts are next door, and our streets will connect with Iowa City-Coralville's regional bike path and trail network.
